Why PayslipBuddy exists
When you work through an umbrella company, you should be able to understand your pay and feel confident asking questions about it.
But payslips can be confusing. It isn’t always easy to see how your pay has been calculated, what’s been deducted or whether something needs a closer look.
PayslipBuddy was built to make your pay clearer, in plain words. By bringing SafeRec’s payslip audit reports and your pay information together in one dashboard, it helps you understand your pay, track it over time and spot potential issues.

Sebastien Sauca
Co-Founder & CEO
Sebastien’s journey began at the heart of the recruitment world, where he spent nearly a decade working his way up to Sales Director. Armed with dual Business degrees and a Master’s in Human Resources, he saw a growing problem unfold: agencies were under increasing pressure to prove compliance—yet had no tools or visibility to actually do it.
That’s when it clicked: agencies were being held accountable, but left in the dark.
Sebastien co-founded SafeRec to change that. His deep industry insight fuels our mission to give agencies the clarity, confidence, and control they need—not just to stay compliant, but to thrive.
Jule Marcoueille
Co-Founder & CTO
Jule is the technical architect behind SafeRec’s cutting-edge platform. A Software Engineer trained at one of Europe’s top multimedia schools, he sharpened his skills on military-grade systems at Thales before turning his attention to a new kind of challenge—compliance.
With a passion for clean code and real-world impact, Jule brings structure to complexity and simplicity to chaos. His vision: technology that doesn’t just solve problems—it eliminates them.
